Booking Terms: Credit cards are needed to secure a reservation. However the credit card will be charged if you do not arrive at the property without advising of a cancellation.
Full rental payment will be taken on arrival. Full payment will be taken on booking for all non-refundable offers. This will not be refundable or transferable should your travel plans change.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex and JCB) and cash in GB Sterling. Studios2Let reserve the right to pre-authorise credit card a week prior to arrival, any pre-authorisation will be done in the currency where this card is registered to and this cannot be altered on arrival.
Studios2Let need to be advised 7 days prior to arrival of any cancellations for there not to be a charge incurred. If less than 7 days notice is given the guest will be charged 1 night rent if their stay is less than a week and 3 nights rent if the booking was in excess of 7 nights. Any special offer bookings will be charged once the form is returned and is non transferrable or refundable under any circumstances.
At Studios2Let, additional charges include:
Telephone Calls: Telephone calls are charged separately. It is the guest’s responsibility to pay all telephone call charges incurred during their stay in an apartment.
Cleaning: Studios2Let will give general cleaning to the apartments. Bedding and towels will change once a week on allocated days. Please re-use your towels if you can. Studios2Let expects the apartments to be left in a reasonable condition on departure. If, at our discretion, additional cleaning is required on departure, the cost of this cleaning will be charged as an additional charge. This includes any crockery or kitchen ware and appliances. In addition, if an apartment is deemed unfit for occupation, the guest will be obliged to pay compensation to Studios2Let for loss of revenues in addition to the costs of cleaning and repair.Studios2Let reserves the right to charge £100 plus VAT (in addition to the general cleaning charges) for specialist cleaning to an apartment and/or its contents where smoking has taken place in a smoke free building. £50 security deposit in cash is required upon arrival for the key given to the guest in case of loss or damage.
Damages: Damages to the apartment or contents caused by the guest must be paid in full by the booker. In the event of any breakages or damage discovered after the guest vacates, Studios2Let will notify the booker by e-mail within 1 week of the guest’s departure, providing a detailed breakdown of the applicable charges and the cost of rectifying them. Where possible, photographic evidence will also be supplied.
