What are your check in times?

Is the reception open 24 hours?

No, our reception is not open 24 hours

We are open from 09am to 18.30pm

Do you provide linens and towels?

We provide linens and towels they can be changed weekly by bringing them to the reception.

Do you provide toilettries?

Yes, we provide toilettries. You may ask for more from the Reception if needed.

How can I reach you?

We have three main stations, all few minutes walk away. King’s Cross St Pancras, Euston Station, Russell Square.

Can I leave my bags before check in or check out?

Yes, we will be more than happy to store your bags before your check in or after you vacate the studio but please note that we do not offer overnight storage.

Can I ask for Early check in?

Please do inform Reception of your arrival time, we will do our best to accommdoate you. Should early arrival not be possibe you can leave your bags with us free of charge.

Is late check out possible?

Please ask Reception whether a later check out is possible, this will depend from the availability of the day. You are more than welcome to leave your bags with us for few hours after you check out free of charge. Please note, no overnight storage.

Do your Studios have air-conditioning?

None of our studios have air-conditioning.

Is there central heating?

Yes, all our studios have central heatinng, which can be regulated individually.

Can I bring a cot with me?

Please note that our maximum occupancy is 2 per studio. We do not provide cots or extra beds.

Is there a lift?

Please note that we do not have a lift. If you have specific needs please do advise reception ahead of your arrival.

Are the Studios wheelchair friendly?

No, our studios are not wheelchair friendly. We have few studios on the Ground floor.

Can I bring a pet?

No, sorry no pets allowed.

Do I need a credit card to reserve?

Credit cards are needed for all reservations. Please note that we retain the right to check the card validity prior arrival.

Can I pay for a friend?

You may pay on behalf of someone else however we need permission to do so. Please contact Reception prior the arrival day and they will adivse.
